De 61 lekkerste koffierecepten
In 1994 openden wij ons unieke koffieproeflokaal 
waarbij men uit verschillende koffiemolens diverse blends van Manuel Caffè kon proeven. Uiteraard werd er in het proeflokaal ook gebak geserveerd met daarbij de keus uit espresso, macchiato, cappuccino of een van de 25 andere voor ons proeflokaal bedachte koffiespecialiteiten.
In die tijd maakten wij nog geen gebruik van internet dus ging ik in de bieb op zoek naar bestaande koffierecepten. De in omloop zijnde recepten pasten we voor de gelegenheid een beetje aan, zodat we ons konden onderscheiden.
Vanaf dat moment begon ik met het sparen en zelf creëren van allerhande koffierecepten. Een verzameling van deze recepten zijn nu ondergebracht in mijn ’61 lekkerste koffierecepten’ ebook.
