Zelf profiteer ik al sinds 1992 zakelijk en prive met plezier van dit gemak. En natuurlijk is er voor een ieder een mobiel of smartphone naar voorkeur. Nu vroeg ik me toch af wanneer Max(ima) en Alex(ander) gebruik zouden maken van de telefoneerfunctie voor privegesprekken. &#8216;Gewoon bellen natuurlijk, dat is toch logisch&#8217;, zou je misschien zeggen. Ja logisch, maar hoe logisch is logisch? Hoe zou ik me dat dan voor moeten stellen, aangezien het koninklijke echtpaar niet in het openbaar met een telefoon aan het oor gezien kan worden. &#8216;Alex, kom je vanavond op tijd eten; het is jouw beurt om de meisjes een verhaaltje voor te lezen&#8217;. Met al die in het wild los slingerende microfoonhengels van de dagelijkse roddelprogramma&#8217;s op tv, zouden we elke avond kunnen meegenieten van de priv\u00e9gesprekjes van het Oranje-echtpaar. De koninklijke familie moet zich altijd houden aan het protocol en ik kan me zo voorstellen dat het voorkomen van telefoneren in het openbaar daar ook bij hoort. Alhoewel ik wel eens een foto heb gezien, waarbij Alex stiekem gefotografeerd werd met een mobiel in de hand. Continue in de weer zijn met een mobiel zou moeder Bea denk ik niet tolereren.<br \/>\nMaar wanneer zouden ze dan wel gebruik van maken van het minipraatpaaltje, is de vraag dan. In de limousine; ja dat zou kunnen en dat zal misschien dan ook wel. Maar wat als ze hem zouden vergeten uit te zetten als ze buiten de limo vertoeven.  Het risico dat er een, misschien wel genante, koninklijke ringtone af zou gaan in het openbaar is ook weer zoiets. Daar zou Bea toch ook niet blij mee zijn en die houdt alles streng in de gaten. Dus zal het mobieltje wel vaak in het luxe vervoermiddel blijven liggen om risico&#8217;s te vermijden. Als je het goed bekijkt hebben ze zo&#8217;n royalbieltje niet echt vaak nodig. Het zou natuurlijk ook nog kunnen dat ze, wanneer ze thuis in of rondom hun villa in Wassenaar zijn, wel van de speledingetjes gebruik maken. Als de \u00e9\u00e9n zich toevallig aan de ene kant van het ruime optrekje, en de ander zich helemaal aan de andere kant bevindt, kunnen ze elkander makkelijker terugvinden.<br \/>\nMaar het kan ook zijn dat Alex geen behoefte heeft aan een mobiel: stel dat moeders Bea de hele dag aan je oor gaat zeuren over de kleur stropdas die je draagt of dat je je oren wel goed gewassen hebt.
