A bright red cow?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And did someone else then say: YES. EXACTLY. DO IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is that cow red?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wasn\u2019t a normal cow enough?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But then again, what is normal, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thinks for a moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moves on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who looked at this and thought: no. Something\u2019s missing. Paint. Lots of red paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, in my 60 years of existence, I\u2019ve seen a fairly reasonable number of cows pass by, but as far as I know, they\u2019re not supposed to be red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So now I want to know who did this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because it\u2019s not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As far as I\u2019m concerned, a cow can be every color on the Gamma color chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But someone once consciously stood here and thought: you know what. Red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And nobody stopped this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is concerning, to say the least.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did that person have too much red paint left over in his shed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or did he think: I like red. Or is that a bovine expression of beauty?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seems to me that the poor creature should eat a bit more pizza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or a steak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 of them or something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooked medium rare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think he, because for some inexplicable reason every animal in my brain is a he and him, looks somewhat sad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is heshe not happy here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Are his lungs full of exhaust fumes from passing traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does he miss a friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did they take his children away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is he standing there waiting to be slaughtered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does that animal have a name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Henk? Betsie? Calafandra? Pedro \u00e0 La Carte? Red Cow?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did Henk Betsie agree to being smeared as red as a tomato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does heshethey stand there at night too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doesn\u2019t he ever get stolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That someone driving past in the middle of the night thinks: come on, I\u2019ll throw that thing on my roof. Maybe it\u2019ll fetch something on Marktplaats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does the real cow in the background know about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is she an employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does she get breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I can imagine that being a red cow can be pretty exhausting and comes with special responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who takes care of her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who polishes her fiery red coat until it\u2019s that shiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And why does nobody here seem remotely surprised by any of this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Well, the cow is still red.
