Zet de pot bij voorkeur op een koele en donkere plaats: de ijskast zou ideaal zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Bonenkoffie luistert minder nauw naar houdbaarheidsvoorschriften dan gemalen koffie, maar ook daarvoor geldt, dat luchtdichte afsluiting, bijvoorbeeld door een extra zak of tupperware-achtige doos om de originele koffieverpakking, de garantie voor behoud van aroma en smaak geeft.
